What should I bring on the trip?
We recommend bringing: sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, swimsuit, towel, camera, and extra clothing. While we provide snorkeling gear, you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), PayPal, bank transfers, and mobile transfers via QR code. Cash-on-arrival is available for balance payments, but a 10% advance payment is required through one of our online payment options.
Can I book a private tour?
Yes! We offer private charters for all our tour packages. We also provide bespoke private boat charters for special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, or beach camping trips. Contact us for customized arrangements.
What is your liability policy?
Customers are responsible for their safety and must follow the captain’s instructions. Snorkeling and swimming activities are undertaken at your own risk. We don’t assume responsibility for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings. Any medical conditions or allergies must be disclosed before the trip.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes, we offer both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Please inform us of any special dietary needs or allergies in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements. Snacks may be provided as a boxed or serving basis, depending on your requirements.
